I provide you with a safe, judgment-free space to find yourself again, to envision your next phase of life and to take decisive steps to help you live with more ease and flow.
While it might feel like it sometimes, coaching isn’t therapy. We are not trying to fix something about you or try to understand how you got to where you are. We focus on the present and on the future, emphasizing action and forward progress.
Coaching is a co-created relationship, a partnership where you and your goals are the sole focus. It’s a safe space for you to explore your challenges. Every step of the way what you want and need is at the forefront. Using a model of awareness, action, learning we help you unveil your own solutions.
Coaching can be used in conjunction with organizing as well. Great progress can be made with this combination.
So how does it work?
The first step for one-on-one coaching is to schedule a conversation, to get your questions answered and see if we’re a good fit. If we decide to work together, you’ll commit to working for 3, 6, or 9 months. Generally we’d start off meeting weekly for 55 minutes via Zoom, then shift to every other week. But your coaching program is designed for and by you.
