What is Mental Fitness?

Mental fitness means responding to life's challenges positively.

It's the key to bridging self-help, therapy, and coaching for real change. Just like physical fitness requires consistent effort, mental fitness involves training your brain's 'sage' side for peace, clarity, and improved relationships, rather than letting the 'fight or flight' instincts dominate.

The StepOne Mental Fitness Program uses neuroscience, mindfulness, and the power of accountability to help you achieve all of the above and more.

My 10-week program incorporates the Positive Intelligence program developed by NY Times best-selling author, Stanford lecturer and executive coach Shirzad Chamine. The program is deeply rooted in neuroscience research done with more than 500,000 participants from 50 countries, including CEOs, parents, students, elite athletes, and sales, operations, and technology teams.

If you’re close to my age, you may remember an old commercial for the “Hair Club for Men” which promised to reverse baldness. The spokesman, with a full head of hair, would always say at the end “I’m not just the founder, I’m also a customer…”  

That’s the case with me and Positive Intelligence. I have personally been through this program, and continue to apply it to my life every single day.

The profound effect it has had on all aspects of my life is why I’m now offering to others. I truly believe that this is a way that I can “be the change” I want to see in the world.
